Baby And Vogue Boutique ships via the US Postal Service's Priority Mail and Global Priority. Next-Day Shipments are also available via Express Mail. While we ship US Priority Mail, please allow 6 to 10 days for receipt of your package. This time frame allows us to process, package and mail your item. Should you require your item faster, feel free to send us a note and we will try our best to accomodate you!
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Baby and Vogue Boutique is happy to accept returns or exchanges, subject to the following conditions. All merchandise returns or exchange requests must be within 14 days from date of purchase.
* All returns require an authorization number. Kindly send an email to info@babyandvogue.com requesting the return. Please note the reason for the return. Baby and Vogue will reply with an authorization number and instructions.
* Return Authorization number must be included inside the box.
* All original tags should be attached, the item must be unworn and in new condition, and all original packaging included (hanger, plastic garment bag, shoe box, etc.) Please package the item to protect from harm while shipping, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit to us.
*All regular priced items can be returned or exchanged for a size or get a store credit. We will assess a re-shipping fee.
*All sale items are not refundble and can be exchanged for a size or get a store credit.

International Shipping
We use the US Postal Service to ship products outside of the United States. International orders may take as long as four weeks to arrive. Once you place your order for delivery outside of the continental U.S., we will calculate the additional shipping charges and send you an e-mail requesting your authorization to add the charges to your order total. Upon receipt of this confirmation from you, we will ship your order. You (the consignee) are responsible for any applicable duty or other customs fees.
Occasionally, international orders are declined by our credit card processing company even when valid credit cards are used. If this happens to you, please contact us via e-mail and we will processes your ordered manually, using the original information you used when attempting to place your order.

PRE-ORDER POLICIES Pre-orders are advance purchases made on merchandise scheduled to ship at a future date. Items ordered are reserved for your and taken out of our available stock.
As indicated above, pre-orders are special orders which are reserved for you and taken from our stock. Therefore, any cancelled orders are subject to a 20% non refundable cancellation fee. We cannot issue a store credit for this cancellation fee.
Baby and Vogue is not responsible for Pre-Orders that arrive late due to manufacturer delays. While we work with an expected delivery date, all items arriving up to 30 days after the estimated delivery date are considered “On schedule”.
PRE-ORDER RETURNS Baby And Vogue will issue a Store Credit for pre-order returns. The store credit will be the amount of the pre-order item or items less the 20% cancellation/return fee.
SHIPPING PRE-ORDERS For orders placed with multiple collections arriving on different delivery dates, the following will apply:
1) If In-stock items are purchased with pre-orders, we will charge a shipping cost for in-stock items and will ship the pre-order free of charge.
