PRE-ORDER POLICIES Pre-orders are advance purchases made on merchandise scheduled to ship at a future date. Items ordered are reserved for your and taken out of our available stock.
As indicated above, pre-orders are special orders which are reserved for you and taken from our stock. Therefore, any cancelled orders are subject to a 20% non refundable cancellation fee. We cannot issue a store credit for this cancellation fee.
Baby and Vogue is not responsible for Pre-Orders that arrive late due to manufacturer delays. While we work with an expected delivery date, all items arriving up to 30 days after the estimated delivery date are considered on schedule.
PRE-ORDER RETURNS Baby And Vogue will issue a Store Credit for pre-order returns. The store credit will be the amount of the pre-order item or items less the 20% cancellation/return fee.
SHIPPING PRE-ORDERS For orders placed with multiple collections arriving on different delivery dates, the following will apply:
1) If In-stock items are purchased with pre-orders, we will charge a shipping cost for in-stock items and will ship the pre-order free of charge.
